Check-in and Check-out Procedures

• Self check-in/out with personal door code (no keys to carry).
• The front door keypad may be hard to see at night. Touch the keypad to illuminate the numbers and then enter your code.
• ID required before check-in through approved third-party partner.
• A signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (authorization hold) are required prior to check-in. As an alternative to the security hold, a non-refundable damage waiver may be purchased for $109 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Either the security hold or damage waiver is required to complete check-in.

Property Access

• Guests may access all areas of the home and backyard.

Policies and Rules

• Corporate, social parties/events allowed only with pre-approval from the host.
• No more than 20 guests allowed unless pre-approved by the host.
• No drop-by, unregistered guests unless pre-approved by the host.
• No parking or driving on the lawn. Damage to the lawn or sprinkler system will be charged to the guest.
• No use of the fireplace is allowed.
• If traveling with a pet, an additional $300 per pet per stay fee applies.
• No smoking or vaping of any kind in the house/garage. Smoking allowed outside in the backyard only. A $500 fine for deep cleaning will apply for violations. Please discard cigarette butts responsibly.
• Quiet hours are from 9PM to 8AM. Complaints from neighbors may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.
• This property has a Ring doorbell camera that monitors the front of the property. Two additional exterior Ring cameras monitor the backyard gate entrance and driveway. All cameras are visible, record video/audio, and will be on during every reservation.

Fees and Payments

• If traveling with a pet, an additional $300 per pet per stay fee applies.
• No smoking or vaping in the house/garage. A $500 fine applies for violations.
• Damage waiver purchase ($109) or credit card authorization hold ($1500) required for security deposit before check-in through approved third-party partner.
• The optional damage waiver is $109 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.
• For stays longer than 10 nights, full housekeeping service is required once per week. Guests may perform cleaning themselves or hire the host’s professional cleaning team for an additional fee. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning charges or penalties.

Parking Information

• Free parking.
• Driveway (up to 4 vehicles), overnight street parking available.
• No parking or driving on the lawn. Damage to the lawn or sprinkler system will be charged to the guest.

• High-speed internet/WiFi.
• Smart TVs with access to streaming services.
• In-unit washer and dryer.
• Dishwasher.
• Bed linens and towels provided.
• Complimentary starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, kitchen necessities such as garbage bags, paper towels, hand and dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent).
• Cooking basics, stove, oven, microwave/convection oven, refrigerator, basic dishes and silverware, toaster, coffee maker, electric hot water kettle, tea maker.
• Hair dryer, ironing board and iron, hangers, desk/work space.
• Cleaning supplies, fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, first aid kit.
• Outdoor space: backyard/yard, fire pit, garden, park or nature trail nearby.

Safety and Emergency Information
